Expiring policies Currently valued loss history for the past 3-5 Years Experience rating modification worksheet Written safety program if one is in place Any risk transfer agreements and/or certificates of insurance on file Employee handbook
We also recommend a review of your equipment and premises leases and your service providers, suppliers and vendors agreements to determine you have met any insurance requirements and/or are insured for any liability you may have assumed in the agreement.
